Looking at the relevant websites, the BlockSafe team has recently, apparently, lost two members, the COO and the CFO, and neither has been replaced.
Meanwhile, on the CNBC website, Phillip Blocker is listed as the SFOR CFO, but neither his picture or name appear as part of the team on either website.
