It's not correct. Or something's not correct. The 141,561,726 shares issued on 12/11/18 are STILL not part of the O/S. Bringing everything forward from the 2/21/2019 stated OTC O/S, and accounting for the new notes, everything adds up correctly...LESS the 12/11/18 issue. Add as stated and you'll get the 3,532,504,870 noted as of 4/30/19 in the financial.
