Why does wrmcay need to insult posters? Bill, just post the Form 15 already (or any filings, nontheleast). This bloated shell is going to get revoked if there are no filings. Post Form 15 right now for the interim while you determine what the hell you want to do with this bloated stock ticker. There is no bid and $70,000 on the ask. This can't move without a reverse split despite what others are saying. Bill can really bring this back to life if he wanted to, but it seems as though all the said work being done for TPAC is all work being done to cover insiders' asses. Anyone can dislike this post if you want to but I don't have anything good to say about TPAC until there are filings with the SEC.
