I must admit very interesting how you see things, the biggest areas for uplisting is positive shareholder equity being over 5 million, and up depending on the 2,3,4 dollar listing requirement, assets under management again depending on your entry, one years cash burn, and liquidity.

I would go directly to the nasdaq requirements and go through each one with our last Q opened!
