not to turn this into a frenzy...but I see some legitimate questions being posted elsewhere ... as to who wants in @ this large bid...why can't they get their shares at this price...why do board members continue to put money into this...etc etc... And, the painfully obvious question to me is... If any insiders...board members..friends of...CEO..etc etc...are inclined to believe PTOI is set to either ramp up production or sign a contract or ANYTHING ELSE for that matter....why would they not be buying up these cheap shares @ .02 whatever..or .03...or even .05 and .10....???? as long as they're reporting...it's perfectly legal...so while I appreciate the solid questions being put out there... I...otherwise...don't get it!
