I agree HL, It is indeed wild but based on yesterday's sec filing i.e.
& based on 8-K filed in Late 2017 ( Ref Pref A )
As far as Buyback was concerned, it was posted by KAY on his twitter handle and on a Q & A session but not on any sec filings
