Sorry, I was referring to yesterday's filing where SFOR said they are engaged in the acquisition. If SFOR is acquiring or is being engaged in discussion ( Could be a reason for increase ) than the only way they can acquire is via Shares as they don't have money ( for now )
So who could agree to come in SFOR fold just by taking shares or knowingly gets engaged in such discussion? Someone closely associated like ACS ( IMO )
In such a scenario give them big chunk of stock, also give them Preferred A voting shares ( REF : https://bit.ly/2vc75Eh ) and as revenue piles in now 100% into SFOR from all the major deals, in matter of 6months, uplist it to major exchange & have an happy ending .( WIN-WIN)
