Yes , you are right , he said exactly , about CCR5 inhibitors ,
Chemotherapy works about 250 times stronger when given with CCR5 inhibitors......
Hopefully not the side effects but benefits only ,
they can adjust dose during treatment , of course adjusting dose during study must be with FDA approval , so I will think they will avoid that , at least at the beginning.
But they will follow up carefully patients progress , with I am sure often contacts with FDA.
