I don't know that they would adjust the Carboplatin dose for this trial? Per the clinical trial website, they are using AUC 5 Carboplatin for this PIb/II trial.

Quick research, I found that AUC 5 Carboplatin dose level is a specific calculation based on sex, age, weight and serum creatinine with maximum dose levels determined by AUC level.
