Classic Double Bottom Chart forming don't want to jump the
gun here , but if the FINS release and SHL nxt wk get
ONCI trading at 12 or higher the chart is going to
move into FULL ON BULLISH MODE.
Then "IF" we get the 2nd PL launch or some
other major catalyst event with the chart looking like that
I could see us going GREEN for 2019 above .003+
