is this the same vendor who you claim hasn't been paid? you're boots on the ground ..right? If it's not in the hayfield...where do you suppose they've hidden these "towers"?? multiple? what do you suppose the "future expansion" trek may be? If it "included" cooling towers...have you seen something else in the barnyard? or is there some other facility that they may be "delivered" ? TIA
