Here's a question for any of our SFOR scholars in residence. I believe I understand that Mark's going to release an Uptick interview on Monday, explaining, in part, the deal about issuing more shares.

Since Uptick is an IR firm, this will amount to, basically, a video press release. That being the case, why not just issue a regular press release today, or, better, yesterday, explaining the situation? What value is added by waiting and doing it in a video format?

Maybe they're shooting and editing this weekend, or there will be very late breaking news? Otherwise, I don't understand.
