Those are my thoughts as well. But perhaps it is best for him to stay out of the spotlight, to be better able to do his job.
This is a very challenging endeavor. It won't be easy and it will take time. There will be exit ramps all along the way for the quick money.

Two years for me as well, assuming measurable progress along the way. We'll see.
