The last trade was for 1.75. If and when we uplist to NASDAQ, our shares will double. In a vacuum that means our current shares would essentially double to 3.50. That would be near or above a 52 week high. 1000 shares owned today at 1.75 would turn in to 2000 shares worth 1.75.
There is also the matter of the NGIO shares. This will also require uplisting, a spin-off, or IPO of some sort. Who knows what strategy Joe has up his sleeve?
I say "if and when", only because I don't believe it will be a quick or easy process to uplist. I do believe it will happen, but later rather than sooner. I'm guessing the same applies to the NGIO shares. However, the most important thing is that these events occur.
This all makes for a very interesting CC next Friday. Since the announcement of the 1:1 dividend, I expected a drop in the pps to occur at some point. I thought I could pick up some additional shares below 1.20, but it hasn't happened yet. The pps share has been remarkably steady and is approaching its high on the date of the announcement. Thanks, Joe.
