I believe Dr Dalton is a very smart man, to think that he would be waiting for a piece of legislation to pass our partisan House and Senate, is kinda crazy. I doubt any business in the sector would be doing that. Things will eventually get passed but these politicians are going to use these bills and what have you on their re-election campaigns... they won’t be rushing to pass anything... so waiting is a tricky gamble... that’s all IMHO... like I said Dr D is a smart man... he has his plan!
