I reached out to Paul at E&E Communications yesterday and he answered all my questions except one. Most significant was that Yes, the agreement RMHB had to be the sole supplier of CBD beverages with Green Lotus is still in effect now that Green Lotus has been purchased by Freedom Leaf Inc.

The company had a 3-year exclusive agreement with Green Lotus to be the sole supplier for CBD beverages.  Is this agreement still in effect now that Green Lotus has been purchased by Freedom Leaf Inc.? YES
