In my opinion until we are current with filings and then the PR's start - the price will not move much as there are many bashers out there determined to keep the price down or lower than where we are now and new money is waiting to see if this is all real and the filings will prove to all those waiting on the sidelines that Dr Dalton is real and UNVC Conglomerate is real.

To cause the price to "gap up" and then run - we need a "catalyst" and the catalyst is being current with filings and starting the PR's !!
