i don't believe it is. imo, if the pl announcement had never been made, we would be trading at a higher pps. the issue is about trust. if someone gives you some good news, with the intent to have you invest in their co., then stalls you for mo.s without an explanation of what's going on, do you continue to invest? would like to invest more in onci, but the last years track record of following through and truthfulness just won't allow it.( the older i get, the fewer excuses i can tolerate) it's a shame, because i still see onci as the best, most complete app. on the market with patents. when i get a clear answer to where we are with the pl, i"ll add more. SB said he would announce the pl as soon as they started advertising. he stated a few weeks ago that they were advertising but has yet to officially announce who the pl is.like i said, trust. jmo
