TPAC is very delinquent in SEC filings. There is no business right now (or failed business nonetheless). Without SEC filings, a suspension can come at any time and after that revocation where all shares are nullified. Do you not follow any other .0001 tickers? I do and have been for the last 12 years. Unfortunately what shearing_sheep posted is 99% correct. As a shareholder of TPAC, I hate to admit that. The best thing for TPAC shareholders right now is for the CEO to post the Form 15 to put TPAC on hold until the CEO figures out what the hell he wants to do with this shell. Filing the Form 15 does not prevent TPAC from a future business direction or buyout. It keeps the SEC in the loop.
