Like probably several people, I've been thinking for hours for a reason for the company to need 5B privately held shares. They already had 2.5B laying around, so why the immediate need?

My best case scenario is that they're getting ready to spin off BlockSafe and these shares will be converted into shares of the new company (somehow) and we all get some new shares, too. I'm actually not sure if this is actually possible, though.

My worst case scenario is worse.
