Not sure how to interpret his statement. He uses conflicting terms. He uses “expect” to say, “we expect to get 30 or 40 million,” but then throws a “hopefully” in there, “we expect to get 30 or 40M hopefully,” and then throws an “eventually” in there just to round it off, “and if we do eventually get that much from tender offer.”
My interpretation: the transcript makes me concerned that we got less than the $30-40 million CYDY had hoped for. And, that the TO will be extended in hopes of meeting the $30-40 million goal.
Is an extension bad? When will we know how much they raised with this round? Shouldn’t he know at this time how much was raised?
