Not just intended to be a reply to you, lorbas, more on this issue generally...
I heard NP as saying (put into my own words) "for every $10M we raise under the TO, we save the shareholders 30M shares in dilution that would have occurred had we raised funds in another way".
I didn't take his statements as an assertion, one way or another, on how much has been raised or whether the TO will be extended.
I did hear him say that he HOPED to raise $30M-$40M, which I believe would be approx. a 75% participation rate by warrant holders.
Time will tell. I assume if the TO is extended we'll see an amended SEC filing for the TO either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
