The CNC machines belong to BTL, that is correct. They produce all of our components. The presses, tooling, test inventory and specialized machinery and equipment are being stored for free at BTL. The purchase price for that machinery, tooling, inventory etc was approximately $800,000.
The reason for not filing is money. We don’t have the money to pay auditors, pay for EDGAR and file. Bringing the company current is the best thing for the shareholders and that is my goal. To the extent that someone would be interested in taking over the company, I would entertain those discussions.
