Universal Apparel & Textile Company (OTC KGR) is pleased to announce that it will not file for any increase in the Authorized or initiate any reverse splits in the foreseeable future. This contentious issue has been a concern for shareholders as evidenced by the numerous emails received.
The decision was made due to the companys rapid growth and other undisclosed events to soon be revealed. This resulted in the opinion of the current management team that the stock price does not adequately reflect the true value of the company.
