Knowing heavy hitters like IBM, the Pharma and biotech industries are on the side of Alice reform is a great encouragement to this SH. IMHO it's going to happen before the August Congressional recess. That, combined with the 2Q19 release, (scheduled for 8/14) may make late August a very interesting time for us SHs.
