Breezerunner, you are correct all around. However, just keep in mind that arguing --- no matter how right you might be --- merely increases revenue. If everyone were happy and content, a board typically would have fewer views. You are also correct about the due diligence by these people, or the lack of it. Many of these people have privately told me they don't care about any company, and they don't want to. Instead, they look at a chart and play that all the way.
