yes my friend, I read your previous posting on mgmt still can PREVENT a hostile takeover.
I was referring to a scenario in which Discovery able to bring a deal together that satisfy mgmt's asking price.
I do not believe both parties didn't discuss a few possibilities before Discovery's big conversion. 5MM is still pretty good money. Why would Discovery convert if they don't see a good chance to making some money? Even at .016 cents is still no guarantee a profit giving the daily volume.
lowest conversion was at ~.014cents 40MM.. You are looking just above 1MM daily volume for the past 6 months.. probably lower volume if you look at the past 12 months volume.. The market is not ready for a 40MM bomb for them to make a profit. To unload their mother load of ~300MM shares will take the return of MMJ Mania v2 and JF coming back to do a few road shows. LOL!!!
If any of us can see future events, we probably won't be posting on-line. It's within our nature to be selfish. lol!!!
