The range continues to tighten and $.40 seems to be resistance now. We are due and need a positive TO or another PR to move this above $.40 so it can turn into support while await for "the" inflection points to begin rolling in and take this higher.

I'm no chartist, but seems obvious that it is setting up for a move one way or another. Hopefully one of the more versed technical folks will chime in with their read.
