SFOR's Writ of Certiorai must be filed by 6/18. The 6/10 IP Watchdog article states "The Supreme Court has now refused 43 petitions seeking further clarification & guidance on patent eligibility since Alice v. CLS Banks". With that refusal rate in mind, Blank Rome would be wasting their time to file. Don't dispair if Mark decides not to file. Since the court is hearing the HP v. Berkskire case there may be no need to do so. A ruling in favor of HP would give us the legal precedent we need IMH (non-legal) Opinion. Good luck HP!
