I believe they used to trade on the otc but now trade on the tsxv....they do have a listing on the greys...but it is fairly dormant..
If you live in the USA you can still trade this on the canadian side...just contact your broker..I have friends who trade canadian stocks and live in the USA...

Trades on the TSXV under VXL...this company is completely under the radar right now....
The TSXV and any Canadian exchanges are monitored more closely than the otc....and companies that are not in compliance are halted until they become compliant.
