to me Mgmt already waving the white flag and let Discovery take control of the company..
300MM shares are not easy to unload or unloading a profit.. even the selling start at 10 cents would still take several months to unload...for a profit will be a tall task..
My conclusion:
Discovery will line up a line buyer before year end to book their profits. Of course, they would need an awesome tablet result, follow-up by mgmt put out an production/export plan of the tablet... an allowance of patents will be icing on the cake.
OS balloon to ~464MM, buyout of
~10cents = ~46MM
~20cents = ~92MM
~30cents =~138MM
yes, with these low ball buy out, the majority of us are not going to profit..
at this point, with Discovery took control.. mgmt probably already ok with any offer to give them a small pay day to move on the next gig.
