Nice find! OWCP has their window of opportunities and a niche but I said it before and I'll say it again management stands in the way of the science and ultimately getting the product onto the shelves. I'm not sure they know how to bridge that Gap. It will be very telling to see what happens between now and November. If they cannot produce by then then I believe it will be the final nail in this coffin. If they can explain how they're going to go forward with new funding and they get a patent granted and on top of that it should be some information regarding the tablet by mid-summer then and maybe then it will jump start the PPS.
