The problem was you didn't fully define your scale at the beginning of your video, you defined it at the end.
So when I saw "2.42 cm x 2.42 cm = 120,000 square feet" displayed in the middle of the video, it was not clear what you were trying to do.
You knew what you did, so it was clear. But to others with much different on-screen scaling, it was not so clear.
