He will try to do what's best for shareholders. He's not God so what he wants/attempts to do does not always get accomplished. Leo is doing the best he can with the limited resources he has to close a deal and continue advancing the pipeline on multiple fronts.

Once this term sheet deal is signed, he will have the resources available to kick things into overdrive and really reward shareholders for their patience.
