I know that you do not Give up a portion of the company’s stock when it is extremely undervalued, if they get cash that’s great but Until we see the rate of growth and Net Profit it is a mute point imo. I would rather see the focus on expanding their current VerbDirect Users and hopefully get TaggCore Launched to bring in more Revs to possibly do any acquisition in the future when The Market has a better Valuation if the company.
