Squires could make a case for an extension due to delayed payments but I hope that won't be necessary.
Other than the r2r equipment, QMC doesn't take up a lot of space. Could be placed in a lab over there prior to building completion.
Re Solar, I look at it as having 10 years of lead time. They were working on perovskite QD long before they announced it IMO.
