I think it is worth considering the fact that the FDA wanted mono data included in the combo BLA submission. Assuming the pivotal trail goes as planned, IMO that will in effect speed up the mono approval process substantially, as the idea of label expansion is already on the table and being discussed.

As for this statement below, while I agree with the rest of your argument in the post, where is the second half of this statement coming from? No cancer indication will be approved this year.
