If I may add to your interesting conversation with golooong .
I see IPIX doing what REGN did ( I guess, I am repeating myself and I apologize for that) by licensing / franchise each of its pipeline drugs to BP's for different variety clinical indications
I see at least 7-8 of them:
1.B for chemo-rads induce OM
2.B for chemo( alone) induce OM...could be off label indication or not
3.B for chemo induce OM other than oral OM...small or large bowel or idiopathic( unknown reason) induce mucositis .
4. B for diabetic induce ABSSSI
5. B for other then diabetic ABSSI
6. B for IBD (C and or UC) both or separately
7.K for separate different cancers starting with ovarian
8. and lets not forget about P....we are not completely done with this project
....and the list is lone
Of course I am speculating and B could be taken as the entire program and licence and distribute by one BP but it may not
I agree...this is a very exciting times for all longs and next 6-12 month are going to be pivotal for IPIX franchise
