I agree the stop sign is an issue. It won't come down until the AF's are filed.
Perhaps new investors are on the side line waiting for the AF's. I don't blame them if they are. How ever imo if someone is thinking about investing in the company this is the time when the PPS is down.
It's trading at 1.5-2 times trailing revs. How silly is that. Even a starter position would make sense.

Flippers, day traders might make a few dollars here and there but the long term investor will become wealthy with 1/2 the work.
