Takes money and resources to do it which is why most don't. You will also get people that will say, "That is my idea, I posted it and I want to get paid". What many don't know is a lot of the ideas are not new. Chances are a company has heard them dozens of time including internally.
For the majority of other companies, email is fine. I am sure VERB gets a lot of suggestions. Not sure how they can even keep up, but at least it's a larger team.
I've seen VERB videos where the links are active after the video is over, where the links disappear and where the links are not active after the video. All 3 ways. Does it depend on how you created it, how you want to create, what version of the tool you have (free/paid), other factor? I don't know, but I am sure the VERB team is aware of the options. Maybe on a Pro version in the future you can select how you want it to end up.
