Creek, this issues has bounced around ever since the first R/S vote failed with old Generex. I don't think it is an easy process to get back on to NASDAQ. There are many boxes to tick off. We know that pps, market cap, # of shareholders are part of the process, but there is more to it than that.

Obviously, this is a question for the CC, but unless something critical has changed, I don't think we'll be satisfied with the answer. At best we'll get a ballpark time frame as to the uplisting. That being said, I believe we will get our 1:1 dividend shares, eventually.
