The simple fact that you have a company that claims to generate $1.2 - $1.4 million sales per quarter and $600K profit per quarter has resulted in a stock price less than 1/10th of one penny. should give anyone cause to question the numbers reported.
The fact that the company CANNOT get a convention bank loan with these numbers but has to rely on the worst toxic financer they can find to obtain money is all the proof you need that the numbers reported are exaggerated at best and probably downright misleading. That is why you will never see an audit from a reputable CPA firm.
