Lots of small blocks being sold this morning - I expect these are the flippers from yesterday who are taking their 20% to 30% profit as this is the way they trade and they are ending the week with a good trade.

To these flippers $200 on an overnight trade is "time for a party"

I expect that by 11:30am EST all the overnight flippers and short term traders from earlier in the week will have all sold and then I expect buying pressure into the close as filings could be published at any moment.

Once UNVC is current, I expect some MRK share holders will buy UNVC !! and this could cause strong buying pressure as at $82 per share for MRK - there will be plenty of buying power for UNVC from MRK shareholders.

I am sure plenty of people now have UNVC on their "watch list" - they are just waiting for UNVC to be current with filings !!
