Yes , even if doctor will want to use medicine for different cancer , and it will be by then approved for TNBC , they will need to negotiate with insurance first , if there is big prove with deadly cancers , insurance might agree .
But they don’t have too .
I believe they can use off label as mono for HIV when Combo is approved , because diagnosis code is the same , and this is what insurance go by .
