The agreement in May 30 2018 is amazingly similar to todays PR. Interestingly BDD lists: for the development of a new product containing an undisclosed compound.
I would think if this was a one on one with Novartis the compound would have a been named. I found no reference connecting BDD on the Novartis website in that time frame. My take is the compound in the May30 PR could very well be Brilacidin a NEW product. If so we could have a mega deal.
