That is what was linked on the other site and it shows a PR from MAY 2018 noting an agreement between BDD AND NOVARTIS for the related oral delivery technology. I can't copy and paste that link on this device but it should come up if you search BDD on that site.
That was the entire point of my prior post. Yes, BDD and IPIX seem to have just signed an agreement. Yes, BDD and Novartis seem to have signed an agreement involving the same technology in May 2018.
This seems to be a very exciting development, regardless of whether or not IPIX has talked directly to Novartis. They may well have done so already.
