I agree. While it is likely not CYDYs fault a detailed explanation at this point is needed. Other than not wanting to throw the FDA (or whoever) under the bus, I don't see a reason not to do so after a 3 month delay (they had in one of their slides injection Feb 2019 even though they verbally had stated 'any day now'......I don't hold them to a January or mid-February date).

I/we can guess it is legal, CTC setup/approval, etc....but we are all just guessing.
I would prefer the explanation come from RP as the CMO (and likely to get a more detailed response).
