I am going to tell you for the last time.
The issuer of any statement (this is applicable to anyone) does not have to prove anything, its out there & will remain out there. If anyone subsequently
takes issue with that statement its up to them to prove otherwise. No burden of proof is required by the issuer. As long as all legal requirements have been met that statement stands. Thats how it works.
