Uh, what? "Official figures" in "compliance" with "OTC market requirements." That all sounds very official, but it means absolutely nothing.

OTC Markets does not verify the authenticity of the revenues or profits a company claims in their disclosures. There is nothing official. There is no compliance. That is empty word soup.

Furthermore, as has been discussed many times, the problem with the numbers Berman is reporting, in the opinion of many, is that he is purposely baking the numbers by reporting them in the way that he is, which is... paper contracts that have not materialized are being claimed as revenue.
