Bingo! That's the crux of the lack of PR problem. As supplier to the distributor to any of the "three, possibly four" SFOR is at the bottom of the release authority ladder. I believe Mark would like to proudly crow like a barnyard chicken at dawn about the current deals. But he can't because of NDA's or the Federal Government's Confidentiality Statement. I know it's frustrating but we just have to wait until the 2Q19 fins are released to finally know.
